Terms & Conditions

  • We are a fashion market for fashion enthusiasts.
  • Our events a mix of preloved fashion clothing, footwear and accessories & independent designers.
  • We allow fashion boutiques to be involved, but pricing needs to be inline with market prices. Shoppers are looking for affordable fashion.
  • We do not allow the sale of samples/seconds. 
  • Items to be sold MUST be in great condition. No holes or excessive wear and tear.
  • We encourage you to bring along mostly recognisable fashion labels. As experience has shown such items achieve a greater sell rate.
  • Counterfeit or copied goods are not allowed.
  • No food or beverages can be sold by stall holders.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment in full is received.
  • Applications are approved at the discretion of Fashion Market Space.
  • Fashion Market Space do not take responsibility for stall holder performance on market day.
  • We do not take any responsibility for any product loss on market day. It is the responsibility of the stall holder to supervise their stall, and we suggest that you consider taking a deposit from customers who take your items to the fitting rooms.
  • Stall holders can not transfer hire to another person without obtaining consent from management.
  • Ensure you have small change to conduct your transactions – as such facilities may not be available at the venue.
  • Any stall cancellations must be made a minimum of 1 week prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations after this may result in a cancellation fee.
  • 3m x 3m Outdoor gazebo’s are welcome at any outdoor stalls. Keeping in mind that outdoor bookings are at risk of facing adverse weather conditions.
  • Strictly no animals allowed on site.
  • Stallholders must remove all their own rubbish and stalls sites must be left perfectly clean. 

  • Stalls are to be kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times during the market.

  • All stall equipment including racks, tables, signage etc. must be contained to the stall site boundaries. Public access ways must be clear at all times. 

  • Stall holders must respond and cooperate with any direction given by Management in relation to the operation and occupation of their   stall and equipment during market times - and any direction of a security or safety nature.
  • Stall holders must report to market organisers any incident or accident to any person or property.
